How to Reach Me

Call me at (502) 233-4393. There’s no automated phone system and no receptionist—you get me. If I’m in the middle of something, leave a message or text and I’ll get back to you quickly; I can nearly always respond the same day.

  • Phone or text: (502) 233-4393
  • Email: Steve@TripleSComputers.com
  • Remote session already arranged? Start remote support here
  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; weekends by appointment only

What Happens When You Call

Tell me what’s going on. Often I can narrow the problem down over the phone and tell you what it’s likely to take and cost. Diagnosis and consultation are free, and nothing paid happens without your OK. From there we’ll decide together whether it’s a lab drop-off, an on-site visit, or a remote session.

If a drive is clicking, grinding, or disappearing, stop using it and unplug it before you call—that alone can decide whether your data comes back. (More on data recovery.)

Drop-Off & Directions

My lab is at 800 Fossil Creek Ct., Louisville, KY 40245, in the Landis Lakes neighborhood on the Middletown–Eastwood border—just east of I-265 off Shelbyville Road, near Lake Forest. It’s my home lab, not a storefront, so drop-off and pickup are by appointment.

  • From I-265 (the Gene Snyder): take Exit 27 for Shelbyville Road (US 60) and head east, then turn right onto South Beckley Station Road. About three minutes from the exit.
  • From downtown: I-64 east to Exit 19, I-265 north to Exit 27, right on Shelbyville Road. About 25–30 minutes.
  • From Middletown or St. Matthews: Shelbyville Road east, under the Snyder, right on South Beckley Station Road.

Directions and drive times from each area: Middletown, St. Matthews, J-Town, Anchorage, Prospect, Crestwood, Fern Creek, and downtown Louisville. Open in Google Maps.
